Black Band: Heart wide open / CD + DVD

Perhaps everyone with more than thirty-five nostalgically remembers the era of dance parties, balls, ribbon festivities, where “live music“ was not to be missed. Meanwhile, times have changed, the age of discos has begun, and since then most social events have been accompanied by reproduced music. The same nostalgia led Petr Apolen, the leader of the Black Band dance group, to form a group in 2001, which would revive the era of dance orchestras playing “everything“, where everything means dance music from the seventies to the present, beautifully romantic melodies, folk songs in original arrangements and contemporary rhythmic dance melodies - simply compositions, in which even a less skilled dancer may not feel that he can' t do it on the dance floor.
Composition:
Jana Apolenová - singing
Peter Paulík - vocals, guitar
Peter Apolen - saxophone, keyboards, vocals
Pavel Kurhajec - keyboards, saxophone, guitar, vocals
The Black Band is conducted by Peter Apolen.
