Block of flats

While Samuel is at home wracked with fever, an epidemic rages outside, one that will forever divide humanity into two hostile species. When Samuel wakes up after long days of delirium, he finds himself in a locked flat. With food and water supplies gradually running out and no point in waiting for the police or army, he must fend for himself. Shocked by the violence on the streets, he needs to get outside, find a weapon and supplies, protect himself, and stay sane during the long, lonely days ahead. He uses all his wit and resourcefulness to adapt and learn to survive in this new world. But will it be enough? After all, he isn't a soldier, a police officer, or a warrior – he's just an ordinary man living on the seventh floor of a block of flats. Just like the one you might live in.
