Will Harry be able to solve the case before the blood moon rises over Oslo?
Harry's whole life has fallen apart and he finds his only escape at the bottom of the jar. He travels to Los Angeles, where he is determined to drink himself to death. But instead he helps an older film actress, Lucille, escape the drug cartel's revenge. In return, she will provide him with shelter, company and a tailored suit.
Meanwhile, in Oslo, a well-known real estate tycoon is suspected of murdering two girls. Katrine Bratt pleads in vain for the cooperation of Harry, whom her superiors consider a bankrupt alcoholic. The suspicious tycoon himself seeks Harry's help and he decides to accept his offer. If he solves the case, he gets a bonus that will pay off Lucille's debt to the Mexicans.
Harry returns to Norway and forms a team of old friends. He reaches out to a childhood friend who sells cocaine, a corrupt cop and a psychologist with cancer. The Mexicans gave him ten days to repay the debt. The clock is ticking and the blood moon is about to rise over Oslo.
