Bohdanová Alžběta: O lásku dál - CD

Singer Alžběta Bohdanová's debut album, O lásku dál (For Love and Beyond), was created in the workshop of leading musicians over three years of collaboration. The music was composed by guitarist Vratislav Zochr, who also arranged the CD. Three tracks were composed by Jan Jiráň, a musician from Prague's Ypsilonka theatre, and all the lyrics were written by author Zuzana Maléřová. Other contributors to the album include pianist Jan Dobiáš, drummer Jakub Tengler, and double bassist Tomáš Liška. The title track duet, O lásku dál, is sung by Alžběta Bohdanová and Martina Randová, an actress and singer from the Na Fidlovačce Theatre.
Alžběta Bohdanová is characterised by a unique vocal colour, a powerful performance style, and the ability to convey emotions, deep experiences, and joyful, sparkling moods to her listeners. She works excellently with the Czech language, allowing her to express powerful poetic lyrics, while her musicality and temperament bring a pure joy of music and singing.
