Borderline

Four cities, one great passion and several fatal men. A novel that may not be a novel, about a life that may not be a life. About how complicated simple things are and how easy it is to be wrong. About breaking the ice, stereotypes and characters. About borderline failure and endless attempts to start a happy life. About the sanction of writing alongside life and living alongside writing.

The work of Slovak writer Ivana Gibová (1985) is characterised by her unusual narrative talent, sense of sarcasm and feeling for language. All this has earned her nominations for various Slovak literary awards, including the most prestigious Anasoft Litera. The audiobook is in Slovak and comes with a Slovak-Czech glossary where listeners will find translations of differentiating words.
