Bratislava Hot Serenaders: Present Jean Goldkette - LP

The popular hot jazz orchestra Bratislava Hot Serenaders in an effort to compensate its fans for canceled concerts, released a rare vinyl, which contains ten songs, selected from the album I Like That, which Bratislava Hot Serenaders released in 2018. Vinyl is a tribute to the phenomenal bandleader Jean Goldkett, which is considered one of the best jazz bandleaders. “The best jazzmen played in his orchestras and the best arrangers took care of his repertoire. He was one of the most prominent personalities in the field of syncopated jazz, and our vinyl is a selection of the best he has played with his orchestra, ”says Juraj Bartoš, the trumpet player and leader of the Slovak orchestra. “Jean Goldkette' s Vinyl Bratislava Hot Serenaders Presents is a selection of the best we play from Jean Goldkett' s repertoire. We believe that our fans will accept it as a replacement for the canceled concerts and next year we will meet them at the concerts and together we will celebrate the thirtieth anniversary of the orchestra' s founding live, ”adds Miloš Stančík.
