Čapek's Stories - DVD

The shadowy side of ordinary people's lives is at the root of police cases, which Commissioner Bartošek narrates, linking the fate of himself and his colleagues with that of the released prisoner, a stolen infant, of a robbed colonel, brother, who committed a crime against his own sister, and eventually a seven-time murderer on God's trial.
From Čapek's books "Tales from One Pocket", the stories "The Released", "The Last Judgement" and "The Stolen File 139/VII, Sec. C, from "Tales from the Second Pocket" The Ballad of Juraj Čup and The Case with the Child.
