Čechomor: Místečko (reissue) - CD

In 2011, the Čechomor group released a series album entitled Místečko. Its producer is a native of Dublin, Ireland living in New York - composer, guitarist and producer Gerry Leonard. The band also invited other foreign personalities to collaborate, e. g. Tony Levin, Doug Yowell or Ivan Tásler.

The inspiration for the album title is the song of the same name Místečko. In addition to it, another twelve songs will be played on the album, which are again based on folk themes with only minor lyrics or musical adjustments. However, the well of sources of folk songs is not bottomless, and therefore several purely authorial works were created, which are represented on this album to a greater extent than on previous records. This fact was also one of the stimuli for further changes. The biggest is above all the non-traditional sound.
