Colouring book with selected pictures and poems from the book Lali practices yoga, in which children can not only paint their colourful world around the little girl Lali and her animal friends, but also practice basic yoga poses like cat, Dog, Tree, butterfly and others. The colouring pages are intended for preschool children (3 - 6 years old), but younger children, older children and even adults can colour them with pleasure. Original illustrations and playful poems in colouring books present the world of the five-year-old girl Lali from the successful book Lali Practicing Yoga by Hanky Luhanová and illustrator Kateřina Mesdag. The aim of the Lali Yoga project by founder Hanky Luhanová is to motivate children and adults to healthy exercise and lifestyle in a fun and playful way.
