Constantine - Blu-ray

A film based on the Hellblazer comics.

From a young age, John Constantine has seen the world as it truly is. He has the ability to recognise angels and demons hidden beneath human guises.
As a child, he attempted suicide. According to the Bible, this means he will go to Hell after death, as suicide is considered one of the worst sins. But Constantine doesn't want to go to Hell, especially since he's responsible for sending half of its inhabitants there himself.
So, John tries to earn his redemption by sending demons who attempt to enter our world back where they belong.

When his lung cancer worsens to the point where he's just counting the days until his death, he is faced with his most daunting task yet. According to the truce between celestial and infernal beings, the inhabitants of these two realms must never enter the human world (the beings living among humans are so-called hybrids, who are not included in the truce). However, someone from Hell wants to break this agreement.
Teaming up with policewoman Angela Dodson, who doesn't believe her twin sister committed suicide, he tries to unravel the darkest of mysteries and stop Satan's son, Mammon, who seeks to dominate the human world.
