Cyberpunk swingers party
Return to the world of magic and demons: Tomas Kosek's daughter takes over the baton
This book is not a page turner. It's a cyberpunk swingers party full of gods, ancient magic, witches, succubi and curses. In the near future, paranormal investigator Eva Koskova crosses paths with the magic that never sleeps. And sometimes it can also connect with a world full of technology. Just because you have drones flying over your head and artificial intelligence everywhere doesn't mean that someone in a hyperintelligent house won't cut a goat and summon a demon. Usually sexual. And that's the case for Miss Koskova, Eva Koskova.
More than ten years after the publication of the cult book Too Long Swingers Party, František Kotleta embarks on an informal continuation of the series with paranormal detective Tomáš Kosek. The series had four episodes and Thomas' fate culminated on Reunion Island in the future. And it is in the future that this new book is set. Its main character is Eva Koskova, one of his daughters, who after her father's strange retirement takes up his original work of fighting demons, old gods and magic.
The stories draw on Kosko's poetics, humour and, of course, sexual magic. It once again focuses on the real myths, legends and magical systems as believed by people around the world.
The book can be read completely independently.

František Kotleta
Behind the name František Kotleta is Leoš Kyša, a journalist and member of the Czech Sisyphus Skeptics Club. He first published several very successful short stories and even two science fiction books under his own name. The fictitious image of Kotleta, invented by Kyša himself, was really shocking. He presented himself as a convict, a businessman, an abandoned orphan and a butcher all rolled into one. His mother was supposed to be a mysteriously disappeared dancer and CIA spy, his father perhaps Mikhail Gorbachev, whom his mother had seduced during a secret visit to Bruntál. Or one of the customers of the brothel that Kotlet's fictional mother was supposed to run to hide her true identity. František Kotleta was supposed to have gotten a taste for literature in prison, where he was supposed to have ended up after a chisel fight with police officers during his birthday party. But all this is fictitious. František Kotleta's name became known in the Czech literary waters primarily with his 2010 work Hustej nářez. It is the first volume of the Brotherhood of Blood series, which continued with the books Fakt hustej nářez and Mega hustej nářez. A prequel called Wolves was written in 2015. However, Batrstvo of Blood isn't the only series that has earned Kotleta such favor with readers. The two-volume novel Perun's Blood has not gone unnoticed either. Another series that readers either love or hate is Fallout. And so it is with the overall work of František Kotleta. Either you will be completely taken in by his distinctive style and devour one book after another, or you will smile and grin at his books and they will become a closed chapter that you will never go back to. But one thing we cannot deny Kotlet - he continues to shock and amaze us.
