Depeche Mode: Spirit

LP Record Depeche Mode introduce their new album Depeche Mode are back. In 2017, the British synth-rock legends will present their eagerly awaited new album. "Spirit" is the name of the trio's fourteenth album, the successor to 2013's "Delta Machine". The first single, "Where's The Revolution", already shows that Depeche Mode are staying true to themselves musically. The sound of "Spirit" is a familiar symbiosis of synth-pop and rock, alternative and electro. Guitar and drums meet synthesisers and electronic soundscapes. In terms of content, however, Depeche Mode in 2017 are more socio-political than they have been for a long time, and therefore completely current, for example when Dave Gahan asks his listeners about the lack of a revolution.
