Detective stories by Edgar Wallace

Criminal Brain - Ivan Trojan as Inspector John G. Reeder and an extra Wallace: Treasure Hunt with David Victor. Inspector Reeder was created by the most prolific detective writer of all time, Edgar Wallace, who himself suffered a fate worthy of his later heroes. He didn't even know exactly when he was born, he only completed four grades of elementary school, he was the cook's assistant on the ship, a soldier, war correspondent and international reporter, but he's also the father of over seventy crime novels, sixteen plays, hundreds of short stories and film scripts. His million-dollar fees vanished like smoke at the races, and when he died he was left with half a million in debt. Perhaps that is why Inspector Reeder, a bit of a dry and meticulous man, is his true opposite.
