Doors: Waiting For The Sun (50th Anniversary) - LP

To mark the fiftieth anniversary of the song 'Hello, I Love You' reaching number one in the American charts, Rhino released not only a seven-inch maxi single but also a celebratory 2CD/LP version of the album Waiting For The Sun. This deluxe edition included a stereo mix, newly remastered by Bruce Botnick from the original studio tapes. The second CD offered nine newly discovered rough mixes of tracks from the album and five previously unreleased live recordings. Now, the remastered recording is available separately on LP.

American rock band The Doors, formed in Los Angeles in 1965, are one of the most important groups in music history. The band's existence was cut short in 1971 by the tragic death of singer Jim Morrison, yet their work continues to appeal to new listeners to this day.
