Double Role - DVD

After a car accident, two nearly dead women end up in the operating theatre – an elderly professor and Yvetta, a young woman used as bait by a gang of burglars. Two doctors transplant the brain of the professor, who caused the accident and is 50 years her senior, into the body of her young victim. The woman who wakes from unconsciousness has the body and face of a young girl, but the mind of an old intellectual.

This story, which uses a sci-fi element as a starting point, is primarily a reflection on human identity. It is crafted with a sense of paradox – even in the most serious situations, a wise yet somewhat melancholic humour is present.
