Dvořák Antonín: Rusalka / complete opera (3x CD) - CD

Rusalka is the name of Antonín Dvořák' s romantic fairytale opera. The author of the libretto is Jaroslav Kvapil. It was completed in 1900, premiered on March 31, 1901 at the National Theater, the role of Rusalka was first sung by Růžena Maturová.

The most famous aria from this opera is the singing of Rusalka to the Moon: A moon in the deep sky, the most famous choir is the song Flowers White on the Road. Also very well known is the aria of the waterman Poor Rusalko pale, as well as the aria of the hedgehog Čury mury fuk and Prince Vidino strange, sweet.
