Eagles: Hell Freezes Over (Re-edition 2019) - CD
Eagles was an American country rock vocal-instrumental band that formed in the early 1970s in Los Angeles.
The band was founded in August 1971, when it consisted of guitarist Glenn Frey (1948-2016), guitarist Bernie Leadon (1947), drummer Don Henley (1947) and bassist Randy Meisner (1946). In 1975, Leadon was replaced by another guitarist, Don Felder, and the band soon expanded to include another guitarist, Joe Walsh, so that it had five members.
The Eagles disbanded in 1980, but the band reunited in 1994 to compile the album Hell Freezes Over, which featured a collection of songs from concerts and new studio recordings. Since then, they have performed occasionally together.
