Elvis Presley: Blue Hawaii Num Ltd

LP Record It was often said that Elvis Presley's soundtracks never quite measured up to his studio albums. While this is largely true, the music from the film "Blue Hawaii", in which Presley starred, defies that notion. Released in 1961 to accompany the film, the triple-platinum record held the top spot on the Billboard album chart for almost five months. Now, the album has received an audio upgrade worthy of a rock star. The Mobile Fidelity reissue transports listeners to the carefree, innocent world of the early 1960s and the soothing, relaxed atmosphere of the famous Pacific islands.
