English Grammar B2 course
Thank you for your interest in the English Grammar B2 course from Audioacademyeu. The course is designed for advanced learners, i.e. those who have studied English for three to four years, and is loosely based on the previous courses English Grammar A1, A2 and English Grammar B1. Some of the topics in this course and the B1 grammar course are the same, but at this level, for example, compound tenses are discussed in greater depth and in a broader context. Rather than focusing on vocabulary, this course emphasizes practicing sentences using the topics studied.
In this course you will find a total of approximately 200 new words and 1,000 practice sentences. The most space is devoted to more advanced prepositions, compound verb tenses and the use of gerunds in different types of sentences. Each lesson, apart from those containing only individual vocabulary words, contains an explanation of each topic, so you can work completely independently with this course without the need for additional supplementary teaching materials.
What is the best way to work with the course? First, review or familiarize yourself with the theory of each lesson. This is followed by a series of practice sentences, first in the direction from English to Czech and then from Czech to English. If you have problems with comprehension, use the English listening track in each lesson, where you can listen to sentences in English only. You don't have to work with all the tracks in one lesson, you can focus more on the listening that suits you best. But I recommend listening to all the tracks of the lesson at least once.
