Ethiopia - DVD

Twenty-nine miniature scenes from an expedition around the “northern circuit” of Ethiopia. The film shows ancient Christianity in the rock-hewn monasteries of Tigray, the amazing churches carved out of monolithic sandstone in Lalibela, and the majestic landscape and faces of rustic Ethiopia. It focuses not only on local rural customs, such as the coffee ceremony or the preparation of the national dish, injera, but also on modern life in Addis Ababa.
