Exotic spices with recipes

This unique and richly illustrated publication aims to introduce those interested in spices, and in cooking in general, to different types of exotic herbs, spices and their mixtures. Recipes that always contain at least one of the spices mentioned are an integral part of the book.

The book has its rich justification nowadays, as we encounter a wide range of exotic spices, whether sold on our market or imported from abroad. However, very few chefs or cooks, even among professionals, can handle its correct identification and use, although they try to use it extensively in food preparation.
All the recipes in the book were prepared by myself and eaten together with Helena Rytířová, possibly with occasional guests.
