First aid for everyone

The book is intended for the general public and aims to provide readers with the knowledge and skills that are now considered to be standard in everyone's basic education. In addition, the Czech Criminal Act No.140/1961 Coll. requires citizens of the Czech Republic to provide first aid. First aid is not conceived in the publication as a complex plot, but as a sequence of successive logical steps. which, if performed in time and correctly by the rescuer, will provide the affected person with quality and effective basic care and, in serious cases, save the life at risk. The text contains the latest findings in the field and rules issued by the Czech Resuscitation Council. The author of the book is the director of an organization that trains approximately 3000 lay people a year, so he has a lot of experience in this area.
