For name and honour

The story of the historical novel takes place during the last quarter of the 13th century in the southeast of the Moravian Kingdom. Against the background of historical events during the reign of Přemysl Otakar II. and his son Václav II. we follow the fate of several landowning families at the time when the permanent Moravian-Hungarian border in the area of Lutsk and the White Carpathians was being completed.
The stories of nobility and subjects, both fictional and historical, are set in the contemporary realities of south-eastern Moravia, including the social hierarchy, traditions and legal and judicial system of the time.
