Ghymes: Heavenly Story - CD

How did the Ghymes style of music come to be? Alongside traditional instruments (violin, double bass, bagpipes, cobza, lute), the saxophone, synthesiser, and drums appeared, and improvisation began. And so it was that the ensemble found itself categorised as world music, without striving for it or even calling itself that.

Ghymes attempts to reveal through music what people have in common, not what divides them, which has been proven by the warm reception at concerts in countries of various cultures and races (Japan, Finland, Hungary, France, Switzerland, Austria, Iraq, Jordan, Spain, Greece, USA, Canada).
