Graabner: Timeless - CD

The original Czech music project Graabner presents itself with the art & prog rock album Bezčasí. This unique production will delight all discerning listeners who are close to the nostalgia of the seventies, but at the same time are not averse to more modern and progressive musical forms and avant-garde approaches.

The rawness of uncompromising art-rock mixes with the complexity of prog-rock and in a colourful harmony with jazz undertones is complemented by a touch of subtle blues. You'll enjoy a trip back to a better time, when the future was as dark as today. Energy and invention as a delicious cocktail. Shares of melancholy, of bitterness, of tornness and hope merge into the urgent, in a distressed mood, that permeates not only the songs in their sound form, but also Czech texts.

The author of this multi-layered, dense music is Mirek Gärtner, who invited singer Honza Holeček, drummer Štěpán Smetáček and guitarists Tomáš Fuchs and Jakub Červinka to collaborate with him. The line-up is completed by a number of guests (Jindra Vobořil, Jan Dočekal, etc. )
