Greetings from the Sperm Bank - DVD
David Wozniak (Vince Vaughn) is one of the army of single men approaching forty. He drifts through life in a hoodie and trainers, not really lacking anything except responsibility and ambition. Many a suited-and-booted professional would simply call him a 'loser', and all his ex-girlfriends would agree. But as the saying goes, 'never say never', and David is about to find out that a whole bakery's worth is waiting for him. He discovers that he is the biological father of 533 children. Yes, 533. In words: five hundred and thirty-three. Twenty years ago, he donated sperm for money, and now the sperm bank is sending him some very interesting returns.
What's more, all his children are now demanding that the identity of their biological father be revealed. Run away, move, change his name, not answer the phone, not open the door. Surprisingly, David rejects these common solutions. Instead, in a moment of weakness, he decides to ignore his lawyer's advice and opens Pandora's box – an envelope with photos and profiles of his newly adult children – and decides to get to know them in secret. Is this a good or a bad idea?
Either way, it's a very funny one!
