Hitchcock - DVD

Oscar winners Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren deliver masterful performances in this provocative story about the making of one of the most iconic films of all time. Legendary Hollywood director Alfred Hitchcock (Hopkins) has always been a risk-taker, but now he's battling self-doubt. Obsessed with filming a terrifying murder story that the studio wants nothing to do with, Hitchcock puts everything on the line. He risks his reputation, his home and even his wife, Alma (Mirren). In the end, she becomes his greatest supporter, and together they create an immortal masterpiece – Psycho. Also starring Scarlett Johansson, Toni Collette and Jessica Biel, Hitchcock is “perfect from start to finish” (Rex Reed, The New York Observer).
