Horníček Miroslav: V Šemanovicích - CD

Foreword by Ondřej Suchý:
When a social mini-center of nostalgia was established in Šemanovice near Kokořín in the mid-1990s, Czech Radio began filming programs called the Nostalgic Museum of Entertainment here in 1997. To this day, these public recordings are filmed here as the Nostalgic Museum of Ondřej Suchý.

The fact that in 1998 the master of the word Miroslav Horníček was willing to come and have fun with us - as he said: “I came to kill“ - was a really big event for us then. That' s why I prepared very thoroughly for these two meetings in front of the radio microphones in the hall filled to the last seat. The friendship that developed between us (and at the end of which Miroslav Horníček asked me to address him by his first name) was cruelly short due to his deteriorating health. It was a great honor for me. Meeting Miroslav Horníček has become one of my great life experiences!
