Ice in the veins

Legends of ghosts come to life, death creeps through the freezing wastes of Greenland... The fourth case of Reykjavik lawyer Tora Gudmundsdóttir. Tora Gudmundsdóttir, a lawyer, is called out of the city to the icy wastes. Workers from an Icelandic company that was preparing to open a mine on Greenland's rugged coast suddenly cut off all contact and seem to have disappeared without a trace. Together with her friend Matthias, her quirky assistant Bela and other collaborators, Tora tries to unravel the complex relationships that prevailed in the camp in order to get to the bottom of the unfortunate events. Like a nightmare, human bones appear in desk drawers and a corpse in the cold room. Suddenly it's hard to tell the killers from the victims. But the old Inuit hunter knows that vengeful spirits must be appeased, and the harsh icy wasteland always takes its toll.
