It takes two

The only thing that cheers Clem up is rollerblading. Her job in a little London shop is at risk, her ex-boyfriend wants to be her best friend, her neighbour has secured a restraining order against her dog, and her parents have fled the country, leaving her with their debts.

When she discovers that, on top of everything else, someone has stolen her identity and is impersonating her, she is furious and decides to track down her doppelgänger at any cost. She throws herself into a crazy hunt for justice, which also involves a rather charming detective who seems unusually interested not only in this baffling case, but mainly in Clem herself.
