Jethro Tull: Heavy Horses - CD

Together with the albums Songs from the Wood and Stormwatch, it represents the realization of the ideal - rock songs that deal with a hitherto untouched theme, ecology and English mysticism. The album continues with a folk sound in the style of Songs from the Wood but was dropped from the folk content of the lyrics, in exchange for a more realistic perspective of a changing world. This has been highly praised by music critics, especially in live performances.

With their eleventh studio album Jethro Tull, they crowned their most successful and artistically most prolific decade. The band celebrated English folk in top form, full of beautiful melodies of acoustic guitars and mandolins, complemented by the indispensable flute of Ian Anderson.
