Jethro Tull: Living In The Past

LP Record Jethro Tull are a unique phenomenon in the history of pop music. Their broad musical spectrum, combined with sometimes surreal lyrics, has not only given them an exceptional position in the progressive rock genre during their long career, but has also earned them eleven gold and five platinum albums in their home country of Great Britain alone. Formed by Ian Anderson in 1967, they have sold at least 60 million albums worldwide. By the time this (first) best-of collection was released in June 1972, Jethro Tull were among the biggest stars in the rock circus, following the albums Stand Up, Aqualung and Thick As A Brick.
