Joni Mitchell: Clouds Clr Ltd

LP Record Joni Mitchell's second album, which includes two of the most famous songs in the renowned singer-songwriter's catalogue. Produced almost entirely by Mitchell herself at A&M Studios in Hollywood – with the exception of 'Tin Angel', recorded by Paul A. Rothchild – 'Clouds' has a different sound to her debut album, 'Song To A Seagull'. Coincidentally, it was a sound that rock critic Robert Christgau didn't much care for, writing in the Village Voice that 'without David Crosby's production, Joni's voice sounds malnourished'. Fortunately, Christgau was in the minority: the album was very well received and climbed to number 31.
