Layer

The collection Vrstva (Layer) is a selection from the work to date of Tereza Horváthová (1996) and, although the poems are not arranged in chronological order, the attentive reader will notice a certain range between texts clearly inspired by surrealism and poems that are concise, compact, and almost austere. Tereza Horváthová is a very careful observer of the world of objects; her texts always establish a new and unexpected relationship with the surrounding world.

The collection comprises 58 texts, miniatures, in which events unfold that are capable of stirring the reader's perception. Some of them will be etched into your memory after the very first read.
