Love Anyway

Hiring a fake boyfriend for Christmas – what could possibly go wrong?

Christmas is approaching, and Derek feels like he's losing control of his life. His career doesn't feel like his own, and his parents want nothing more than for him to settle down. He just needs temporary cover for the parties he has to attend and to get his parents off his back. Enter Luke.

Luke is twenty thousand dollars short of completing the renovations on Halligan's, the family bar in New York's financial district. So, he decides to do a friend a favour and play boyfriend to a guy with more money than sense.

When the magical Christmas atmosphere works its charm on the fake couple and stirs feelings within them, their first instinct is to run for the hills. But it doesn't matter what obstacles life throws in your path or how hard you run in the opposite direction; when you least expect it – whether you want it to or not – love will always win.
