Script For A Jester' s Tear is the debut studio album of the British neo-progressive band Maillion from 1983. The album reached the top of the British album charts, where it spent 31 weeks. The extended edition in 4CD / BR format includes new mixes of the original recording and a recording of a period concert.
The British band Marillion is one of the most famous representatives of progressive rock. The band was formed in 1979 and became a link between the post-punk wave and the progressive rock scene. In the eighties, it became the most commercially successful neo-prog rock band! The Marillion track can be divided into two stages - before and after 1988, when the band was left by the original frontman Derek William Dick called Fish.
