Metallica: Death Magnetic - CD

Death Magnetic is Metallica's first studio album since the multi-platinum St. Anger in 2003, which reached number one in 30 countries and sold nearly six million worldwide.
Metallica was founded in 1981 by drummer Lars Ulrich along with guitarist/vocalist James Hetfield, and in over thirty years of existence has become one of the most influential and commercially successful bands. She has sold over 110 million albums, played to millions of fans, and was the first to perform on all seven continents in less than a year, making her the first artist to enter the Guinness Book of World Records. This was in 2013, when they were the first and last band to play in Antarctica. Metallica has received several Grammy and MTV Video Music Awards, become the third best-selling artist since the beginning of sales monitoring, been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and historically ranks along with Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax among the so-called Megadeth. The big four of thrash metal.
