MGMT: Oracular Spectacular

LP Record On their debut album "Oracular Spectacular", Andrew VanWyngarden and Ben Goldwasser present a mysterious and prophetic collection of hallucinatory sounds and catchy pop hooks. Their music constantly subverts expectations, owing as much to chaos theory as it does to fractal geometry. Unlike their early, predominantly electronically generated concerts, this album features traditional rock instruments: guitar, bass, drums, keyboards, and synthesiser – all recorded live.
