Michael George: George Michael & Wham! Last Christmas

All songs were written, arranged and produced by George Michael himself, except This Is How (We Want You To Get High), which was co-written by James Jackman. The soundtrack will appeal to all the fans who grew up with the artist's music, while introducing his work to a new, younger generation. The idea for the new film began when acclaimed British producer David Livingstone spoke to Emma Thompson
about his love of the music of George Michael and Wham!, especially the hit Last Christmas.
The conversation then led to the idea of making a film inspired by this hit. So, in the spring of 2013, Emma Thompson visited George Michael at his London home, where the author of the hit song gave her his blessing.
The soundtrack and the film feature much-loved hits like Faith, Fastlove, Freedom '90 and Too Funky, alongside the surprisingly well-fitted Heal The Pain,
Waiting for that Day and an unplugged version of Praying For Time, a song George loved immensely.
