Mimicry

This poetry collection by Václav Franc follows on from his previous collection, Miniatury. It once again features concise verses written between 2022 and 2025.

As Eva Frantinová writes in the afterword: Over the years, the poet has cleansed himself of layers of words, often getting to the very core, to the roots of the verse. The poet outweighs the silence with seemingly ordinary Czech words.
