Miss Mother - DVD

Věra Ferbasová in four roles in a comedy full of disguises.

Mr Klučina's (J. Plachta) fashion house sends its mannequin, Boženka (V. Ferbasová), on a journey across the republic as part of a major promotional event for his business. He publishes her photograph and offers a reward to whoever recognises her. However, she constantly changes disguises and masks, so it's not a simple task. During one trip, she checks into a hotel under a false name; unfortunately, the hotel is genuinely expecting a lady of the same name, leading to quite a mix-up. This is because the expected lady is the future stepmother of the famous racing driver Big John (S. Strnad), who is returning from America, as his father is remarrying.
