Murder in a girl's studio apartment

The murder of a young woman found in her Prague apartment initially appears to be a simple case - criminals have plenty of reason to believe it was the work of a sexual deviant. But everything changes when the partner of the man the police believe to be the perpetrator gives a surprising testimony. Further investigations take Captain Brandl and Lieutenant Kotrba into a variety of environments, from the world of big business to a luxury medical facility to a children's theatre. Gradually it becomes clear that the original version must be abandoned by the investigators. The real background of the case is different, and as very often, it is all about money.
