Nick Cave: Idiot Prayer (Nick Cave Alone at Alexandra Palace)

LP Record Unusual times In June 2020, Nick Cave played a solo concert in London's famous Alexandra Palace completely without an audience. A little over a month later, on 23 July, the performance was available to stream, but only at a fixed time. Then it was over, just like a real concert. To the delight of his fans, however, a live album is now available: "Idiot Prayer: Nick Cave Alone At Alexandra Palace". It was a very special atmosphere: just Nick Cave, his piano, and a series of songs that the Australian musician interpreted in a completely new, stripped-down way, including tracks from the 2019 album "Ghosteen", and songs by the Bad Seeds and Grinderman.
