Night alone is not enough
As part of the Homeless Man' s Accommodation, we offer: accommodation in the service of the Salvation Army, soup with pastries and hot drink, the possibility to perform personal hygiene, medical examination and treatment in our surgery, a meeting with a social worker, which will help him solve his life situation, possibility to continue in the AS service system.
We will also appreciate any contribution beyond the basic amount of CZK 100. We will use the funds obtained above the basic price to renovate and develop services for the homeless.

And what' s next?
One night in a dormitory, the journey of a homeless person certainly does not end. The main, long-term goal of the whole project is to return a person to normal life and get him to the point where he no longer needs a Bed and is completely self-sufficient.
About non-profit organizations
The Salvation Army was founded in 1865 by William Booth. Currently, this Christian organization operates in 127 countries around the world. The Salvation Army began work in Czechoslovakia in 1919, but in 1950 its activities were forcibly terminated by the communist regime.
The goal of the Salvation Army in the Czech Republic is the physical, social, moral and spiritual support of people of all ages, based on Christian principles. The target group of the Salvation Army is all those who find themselves in a difficult life situation, but also those who seek any spiritual help or support.
The Salvation Army operates social facilities and community centers in which it provides more than 60 registered social services. Every day, their services are used by over a thousand disadvantaged people.
