Nivnička: My dear - CD

The women' s choir Nivnička publishes an album of Moravian folk songs by the village of Nivnice and several surrounding villages from the White Carpathians. The Nivnička choir is accompanied by friends from excellent folk music - CM Mladé Burčáci, HM Petr Mička, CM Ohnica, BROLN. The album also draws attention to several excellent female solo voices that sound here. The songs clearly reflect their relationship to the folk song and poetry of the place where they were born. Nivnička is characterized by a strong connection between personal and artistic life. The selection of songs thus reflects the last sixteen years, the singers have been married, have given birth to children and are filled with love and life energy. No wonder they sang many longing and love songs. It is these songs that make up the bulk of the album, which is subtitled MY DEAR AND ME. Unfortunately, there were also separations, illnesses and departures for eternity. That' s why the end of the record is filled with long songs. Every day they help us cope with loss, pain, loneliness and sadness. These are our folk jewels, which are in the second part of the album called SENDING NICE. Jan Maděrič took over the production. The female choir Nivnička does not just want to show songs from the beautiful landscape of Comenius on the album as worthy of respect and admiration. He wants to immerse the listeners in it with young female hands and ask him to relax for a while, to calm down and to let himself be carried weightlessly over the beautiful depths full of emotions of our ancestors.
