NWA: Straight Outta Compton - 20th Anniversary Edition (Edice 2008) - CD

N. W. A (short for Niggaz Wit Attitude) was an American hip-hop band from Compton. She was at the birth of the genres of gangsta rap and West Coast rap, and is considered one of the most prominent hip-hop groups in history.

The band was active between 1986 and 1991. During this period it was considered controversial, mainly due to the explicit content in the lyrics.

The lyrics were famous for their disrespect for women and the glorification of gang culture and violence. Although their songs have been boycotted by a number of American mainstream radio stations, the band has sold over 10 million albums and singles in the United States alone. The group was also famous for its hatred of the police.
