On the fly

Former CIA agent Court Gentry, known as the Grey Man, makes his living as a hit man working for clients he can't trust. Russian arms dealer Sidorenko wants Court to kill Sudanese President Abboud, who is responsible for the genocide in Darfur. The CIA will submit a counterproposal to him: kidnap the Sudanese president and hand him over to US officials, in return for which they will lift the international arrest warrant for Court. The Court cannot refuse the opportunity to bring the President before an international court, and so begins his tour of Sudan.
