Pharmacology
The monograph covers all areas of both general and special pharmacology. It is intended for both undergraduate and postgraduate professionals in a wide range of specialisations. Conceptually, it is a combination of classical pharmacological and pharmacotherapeutic approaches. This is also reflected in the selection of authors, who mostly come from clinical departments.
The monograph is divided into a general and a special section and provides basic information on practically all medicinal substances currently used in our country.
The publication contains extensive pictorial documentation and more than 300 clear tables that summarize and clarify the large amount of information presented.
General Pharmacology contains 8 chapters. The general pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic processes are explained in detail, which form the basis for understanding the movement of the drug through the body to its site of action and thus contribute to the correct choice of dosage form and dosage schedule.

The medicinal substances used in neurology are described in detail in extensive chapters, psychiatry, cardiology, rheumatology, hematology, in respiratory and digestive tract diseases. Special sections on drugs used in dermatology and ophthalmology are added as separate chapters.
