Planet Czechia - DVD

The first feature-length film about Czech nature uses the latest technology to show the fascinating adventures of the animals and plants that live all around us, up close and personal.
Meet the capercaillie performing its courtship display at dawn, the rare ground squirrels frolicking with children in a meadow, a kingfisher dive-bombing the water's surface as it hunts, salmon migrating from Czech rivers to the sea and back again, and grass snakes in a dramatic struggle with their fishy prey. Embark on an exciting expedition to find mouflons, beavers, blue frogs and dozens of other heroes. You might not even know some of them – and yet, the wilderness begins right outside your door!
