Pospíšil Luboš: You taste foreign fruit - CD

Luboš Pospíšil' s second album and rejuvenated 5P sets!

Few people can look back musically with such a good feeling, only a few around the age of sixty manage to put together a new band and repertoire with a very logical continuation of the previous one. Hastily succeeded.

In addition to the stable guitarist Bohumil Zatloukal, his more than an accompanying part of the age generation consists of younger teammates Pája Táboříková (drums), Martin Štec (bass guitar) and Ondřej Fencl (keyboards). This was already the case in the previous Signs of Love, now it has been clearly confirmed again that the path is right.

It is inconceivable that it would not be primarily a unique Pospíšil' s singing, which has been immediately familiar to the listeners for several decades. In terms of song, everything is the same, ie music almost half and half Pospíšil and Zatloukal, traditional lyrics Pavel Šrut, but also Jan Sahara Hedl or Pepa Lábus. The arrangements and the overall sound underwent an excellent transformation, certainly thanks to the musicians, but also Lukáš Martinek in the Svárov studio. Denser, more modern, more dynamic, but always working for the singer and the song.

String quartet or saxophonist Petr Venkrbec added colours to the songs

with unmistakable choruses and a typically sad hope in his voice. Women are here

On the run and the Ice, Fingering August, Still life with a girl and a hawk, Mysterious obsidian, it' s inconspicuous now, Never, It' s still us, This created the ground or the footpath to the morning.

Rock songwriting with an experienced head and a young heel!
